Notice is hereby given that the City of Jonestown Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings to receive citizen input and consider action on the following:
An ordinance amending Chapter 14, Zoning Code, of the Jonestown Code of Ordinances, and Ordinance No. 2010-O-401 to amend zoning requirements applicable to the PUD Zoning of a certain 608.8 acre parcel known as the “Carlton PUD” for the overall residential density within the property not to exceed 415 units.
An ordinance of the City of Jonestown, Texas, amending Planned Unit Development District Ordinance No. 2021-O-588 to approve expanded uses in the Pickle PUD and approve revisions to the Concept Plan reflecting the authorized expanded uses of “bank”, “grocery” and “pharmacy”.
The public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. The public hearing before the City Council will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. Both public hearings will be held at the City of Jonestown City Council Chamber, 18649 FM 1431, Suite 3A, Jonestown, Texas.
