Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the City of Jonestown Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings to receive citizen input and consider action on the following:
Zoning: Request by Christopher Sutton for a zoning classification change, in accordance with Chapter 14: Zoning Code, Section 14.02.146 (b) Amendments, of the City of Jonestown Code of Ordinances, for a zoning change from “T” Temporary zoning district to “R-R” Rural residential district for property located at 11207 and 11209 Mountain Top Circle, Lots 2 and 3, amended plat of Juniper Hill Subd., Jonestown, Texas.
Replat: Request to subdivide Lot 12 into Lot 12A and Lot 12B by Timeline Construction, LLC, owners of 3.6388 acres of land, being Lot 12, Block C, The Bluffs-Amended, an addition to the City of Jonestown, Travis County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Document No. 200600005, of the Plat Records, Travis County, Texas.
Site Development Plan: Request by Trinity Anglican Church (Trinity Church of Lago Vista) for approval of a site development plan to construct a 5,000 sq. ft. building to be known as Phase 2 of the existing church, for property located at 18900 FM 1431, Lot 1 Trinity Subd. (Property ID No. 870351), Jonestown, Texas.
Site Development Plan: Request by Jonestown Water Supply Corporation for approval of a site development plan to construct a water treatment plant owned and operated by Jonestown Water Supply Corporation to be located at 4900 Destination Way, Property ID: 953918, Lot 1, Block A, Jonestown Water Supply Corporation, Jonestown, Texas.
The public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. The public hearing before the City Council will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. Both public hearings will be held at the City of Jonestown City Council Chamber, 18649 FM 1431, Suite 3A, Jonestown, Texas.
