NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM OF THE JONESTOWN CITY COUNCIL, PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS AND LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Jonestown City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, Board of Adjustment and Appeals and the Library Advisory Board will be participating in a TML Webinar scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., at 18649 FM 1431, Suite 3A, Jonestown Texas.

No action will be taken by the Council, P&Z Commission, Board of Adjustment and Appeals or Library Advisory Board at this gathering and no minutes will be kept because this is not an official meeting.

IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that the above Notice was posted on the bulletin board located at all times at City Hall in said City at 3:00 p.m. on the 10th day of March 2025, and on the City’s website in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code chapter 551.
